Jp Dynamic Balancing Machine Co., Ltd invests in Advanced Ma

December 11, 2012 – Shanghai Jianping Dynamic Balancing Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd, maker of Jp Balancing soft-bearing balancing equipment has expanded its manufacturing capabilities by purchasing a new Production line.  The new addition allows Jp to produce over 90% of its turned and rotating parts in house.

The soft-bearing balancing equipment built by Jp Balancing are precision machines that require very tight tolerances to perform to specification.  “We found that some of our suppliers were having trouble meeting our requirements and this began affecting our delivery dates.  By bringing production into our facility, we now have complete control over part quality and delivery,” says Cheng Bin Liu, Production Manager at Jp Balancing Machine.  Jin Wang, Jp Balancing Machine General Manager adds, “We are extremely pleased to be able to make this investment during a slowing economy.  The new line will help us meet our commitments of quality and delivery to our customers, and set the foundation for our strategic initiatives.”
